Dr. Phillip Ambach is the Chief of Victims Participation and Reparations Section at International Criminal Court (ICC). He has previously served as Special Assistant to the President of the ICC, as Associate Legal Officer at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), Associate Legal Officer for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and an assessor iuris at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Germany.
