    The theme for the 3rd Annual SIASIC Conference is on the perpetration of cyber-based sexual and gender-based violence
    (SGBV). The conference will be underscored by identification of systemic impediments which obstruct investigations,
    prosecutions, and digital forensics interrogations; as well judicial capacity in trials. The spectrum of cyber-based SGBV in
    Eastern and Southern Africa encompasses child abuse, human trafficking, modern-day slavery and in some cases atrocities
    that can fit within the ambit of crimes against humanity. Please find the program below or Download here
